Steps to Manage MFA Setup:

Log in to the CYRISMA MSP Home Page:

  • Use your credentials to sign into the MSP portal.

Navigate to the Organization Details Page:

  • On the Home Page, find and click on your organization. This will open the Organization Details page.

Click the Update Button:

  • On the Organization Details page, locate and click the Update button. This will open the Address Details modal.

Select MFA Method:

  • In the Address Details modal, find the drop-down menu for MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) settings.
  • From the drop-down, choose one of the following options:
    • MFA using Email Code: Users will receive an authentication code via email.
    • MFA using Authenticator Code: Users will use an authenticator app to generate a code for login.

Save Changes:

  • After selecting your preferred MFA method, click Submit to save the changes.
