1. Instance Risk Overview
The dashboard provides a high-level overview of critical organizational metrics, including:
- Risk Score: Displays the risk grade for the organization.
- Data Sensitivity: Highlights sensitive data types identified, such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and passwords.
- Vulnerability: Shows critical, high, medium, and low-severity vulnerabilities across endpoints.
- Secure Baseline: Provides a score indicating how well the organization adheres to secure configuration baselines.
These metrics are displayed using gauge-style charts, offering an at-a-glance understanding of the organization's cybersecurity posture.
2. Organization Details Section
The Organization Details section displays detailed information for each organization in your portfolio. It includes:
- Organization Name: The name of the organization.
- Address: The address associated with the organization.
- Endpoint Count: The total number of endpoints managed by the instance.

Instance Type: Indicates if the instance is:
- Managed: A recurring engagement model.
- Consulting: A one-time engagement limited to 45 days.
- License Information: Details about licenses, including total, used, and available.
- Tech Primary: The technical contact responsible for the instance.
- Access URL: A direct URL for accessing the organization’s CYRISMA instance.
- PSA Configuration: Displays integration with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools like AutoTask or Halo.

Actionable Buttons and Their Functions
1. Reassign Org Button
- Clicking the Reassign Org button allows you to assign the instance to another organization.
- This is useful for transferring ownership or management responsibilities within the organization.
2. MDR/XDR Tenant Button
- Clicking the MDR/XDR Tenant button enables you to enter or update the Tenant ID for the organization.
- This feature is used for managing integrations with managed detection and response (MDR) or extended detection and response (XDR) services.
3. Reassign Tech Button
- The Reassign Tech button allows you to reassign the Tech Primary contact for the organization.
- Use this feature to update the technical point of contact responsible for managing the instance.
4. Configure Button
- Clicking the Configure button enables the configuration of a PSA (Professional Services Automation) type.
- This setting ensures that the organization is correctly integrated with tools like AutoTask or Halo for streamlined operations.
3. Update Address Details Modal
Clicking the Update button in the Organization Details section brings up the Address Details Modal. This modal allows you to modify:
- Organization Name
- Address Line 1 & 2
- Town/City
- State
- Zip Code
- Country
- Type (e.g., MSP, MSSP)
- MFA Method
- Instance Label
- Industry
Additional features include:
- Upload Custom Logo: Add a unique logo for the organization.
- Submit: Save all changes made in the modal.
- Close: Close the modal without saving changes.
Navigating to an Instance’s Overall Risk Dashboard

For a detailed view of an organization’s performance and risk profile:
- Click the Go to Instance button.
- This action redirects you to the Overall Risk Dashboard, where you can view:
- A detailed breakdown of risk and compliance metrics.
- Visualized performance data tailored to the organization.
- Secure access via single sign-on (SSO) and two-factor authentication (2FA).
