Table of Contents

The Agent Status page provides an overview of the health and status of agents and targets within your instance. This includes information on agent connectivity, version compliance, and scanning status of targets.
Overall Health Score
The Overall Health Score represents the health of the instance, calculated based on the number of agents deployed and checking in compared to the total number of targets that have been scanned or remain unscanned. This score helps identify any gaps in coverage and highlights areas for improvement.
Agent Status Section
This section displays details on agent connectivity and version compliance:
Agents Online: Shows the number of agents currently checking in on the instance. Clicking this number reveals a list of agents that are online.
Agents Not Checking In: Indicates the number of agents that are currently offline or not reporting back to the system. Clicking this number reveals the names of these agents.
Agents in Current Version: Displays the number of agents running the latest software version. Click to view the specific agents on the current version.
Agents Behind: Shows the number of agents that are operating on an outdated version. Click to view the agents that need an update.
To manage agents, click the Manage Agents button, which redirects to the Admin > Agents page for further management options.
Target Status Section
The Target Status section provides insight into the scanning coverage for different security assessments:
Data Scan, Vulnerability Scan, and Secure Baseline Scan: Each of these charts shows the number of targets that fall into three categories:
- Unscanned: The number of targets that have never been scanned.
- Scheduled: The number of targets included in a scheduled scan.
- Scanned: The number of targets that have been scanned at least once.
Targets with Agents: This shows the total number of targets with agents installed. Clicking on this number displays the names of these targets.
Total Unscanned Targets: Indicates the number of targets that have not been scanned. Clicking on this number reveals the list of unscanned targets.
To manage targets, click the Manage Targets button, which redirects to the Admin > Targets page for further management options.
This page allows for a quick evaluation of agent deployment effectiveness and target coverage, helping administrators to ensure comprehensive monitoring and prompt action on unscanned or disconnected assets.
