Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enhances account security by adding a second verification step. Depending on your organization’s setup, here are steps to resolve common MFA issues:
1. Email-Based MFA
- Issue: Not receiving the one-time passcode.
- Solution: Check your spam or junk folder, as MFA emails may be filtered there by your email client.
2. Authenticator App-Based MFA
- Issue: Receiving an "invalid token" error.
- Solution: Reset your MFA token through the MSP interface. After resetting, reconfigure your authenticator app to re-establish the token cycle and ensure proper synchronization.
If these steps do not resolve your MFA issues, please reach out for further assistance. We’re here to help ensure a smooth authentication process for your account security.
