How to Delete a Mitigation Plan
In CYRISMA, once a mitigation plan is created, there is no direct option in the user interface to delete it. If you need to remove a mitigation plan, this can only be done through a support request. Below is an explanation of how to request the deletion of a mitigation plan and the support ticket process.

Steps to Request Deletion of a Mitigation Plan:
Identify the Need for Deletion:
If you have created a mitigation plan and need it deleted, ensure that it is no longer required for any ongoing processes. If the plan is no longer relevant or was created by mistake, a support ticket will be needed to initiate the deletion.
Create a Support Ticket:
Open a support ticket within CYRISMA to request the deletion of your mitigation plan. In the ticket, clearly state the following details:
- Request to delete all mitigation plans you’ve created.
- Provide any relevant details (such as the names of the mitigation plans if you want specific ones removed).
- Mention that this is an urgent request if applicable.
Wait for Support Team Action:
Once the support ticket is submitted, the CYRISMA support team will review the request and take action to delete the mitigation plan. The process may take a short amount of time, depending on the number of plans and the urgency of the request.
Confirmation of Deletion:
The support team will confirm when your mitigation plans have been deleted. You’ll typically receive a response in the support ticket confirming the deletion and stating that the request has been completed..
Why a Support Ticket is Required:
Currently, Cyrisma does not allow users to delete mitigation plans directly through the user interface for security and system integrity reasons. This is to prevent accidental deletions that might disrupt critical configurations or compliance processes. Therefore, a support team intervention is needed to ensure that the deletion request is handled properly.
Conclusion:
If you need to delete a mitigation plan, submit a support ticket and provide the necessary details. The support team will take care of the rest, ensuring that your request is processed and completed.
