Can I change the CYRISMA Agent File Name?
Once installed, the CYRISMA Agent operates quietly in the background on the system. While it runs, it has a discreet presence: the only visible indication is the creation of the "CYRISMA_Agent" folder during installation.

Key Points:
Background Operation:
- The agent runs silently without interrupting the user’s workflow.
- It does not display pop-ups or other visible alerts to the user, ensuring no disruption.
- An icon in the system tray shows that the agent is running, but it is generally unnoticed unless the user specifically checks.
Silent Installation:
- A mass installation script is available for use with your Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tool.
- This script allows the agent to be installed silently across multiple systems, without any user interaction or notification pop-ups.
Installation Folder:
- During the installation, the only visible marker of the agent is the creation of the "CYRISMA_Agent" folder in the system.
Future Enhancements:
- CYRISMA is also exploring the possibility of full white labeling of the agent, which would allow organizations to fully customize the agent's appearance and branding. This feature is currently tentatively scheduled for release in 2025.
