Changes:
- PSA Integration Fix: Resolved an issue where duplicate tickets were generated for the same trigger across PSA integrations. This fix applies to Autotask, N-able, Halo, Synchro, and ConnectWise, ensuring only one ticket is created per unique trigger.
- Deployment Timeline: Agents will begin updating to version 1.4.6.436 starting January 23, 2025, at 3:00 AM EST.
