The Secure Baseline Scan History section provides a comprehensive overview of all completed or canceled Secure Baseline scans. It allows you to review scan results, track progress, and take actions based on the findings.

Features of the Secure Baseline Scan History Table
The table includes the following details for each scan:
- Scan Name: The unique name assigned to the scan.
- Targets Scanned: The number of targets assessed during the scan.
- Issued By: The individual who initiated the scan.
- Start and End Dates: The scan’s duration, showing when it began and ended.
- Number of Failed Tests: Indicates the number of rules the targets failed to meet.
- Number of Rules: The total number of rules checked during the scan.
- Pass Rate: The percentage of rules passed by the targets.
- Grade: The overall performance grade based on scan results.
- Mitigations: Any active or completed mitigation plans linked to the scan.
- Actions: Options to manage scan-related tasks.

Search and Filter Features
The history table provides tools to help you quickly find specific scans:
- Search Box: Enter the scan name in the search box for quick access.
- Default View: Displays 10 results by default. Use pagination controls to view more results or adjust the number of results displayed.

Actions Available in the History Table
The Action column provides the following options:
- Scan Again: Re-run the same scan with its original configuration and targets.

Create Mitigation: Open the mitigation plan builder to address vulnerabilities identified in the scan. This option is unavailable if:
- No vulnerabilities were identified.
- All vulnerabilities are already assigned to existing mitigation plans.
- Show in Reports: Highlight the scan results in reports for further analysis or sharing.
- Resend Notification: Re-send the scan completion notification to specified recipients.
- Export As CSV: Download the scan results as a CSV file for external analysis or documentation.

By using the Secure Baseline Scan History features and available actions, you can efficiently manage scan results, track vulnerabilities, create mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with your organization's security benchmarks.
