This feature eliminates the need for manual report generation and ensures timely updates for key stakeholders.

Step-by-Step Guide to Scheduling Reports
1. Navigate to the Report Builder
- Log into your CYRISMA account.
- Click on Admin in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Select Report Builder from the available options.

2. Select the Report Type
- In the Report Builder, locate the Generate Report By dropdown.
- Click the dropdown and select Duration from the list.

3. Schedule the Report
- Once Duration is selected, a new option Schedule Report will appear on the far right.
- Click Schedule Report to open the scheduling settings.
- Choose the User(s) who will receive the scheduled report.
- Set the recurrence interval (e.g., every 30 days, 60 days, etc.).
- Select a specific time and date for the report to be generated.

4. Save and Confirm
- Review the selected parameters.
- Click Schedule to finalize the recurring report.
- The scheduled report will now appear in the list of Scheduled Reports, where you can manage or modify it as needed.
