Step-by-Step Guide to Scheduling Reports

1. Navigate to the Report Builder

1. Log into your CYRISMA account.
2. Click on Admin in the left-hand navigation menu.
3. Select Report Builder from the available options.

2. Select the Report Type

1. In the Report Builder, locate the Generate Report By dropdown.
2. Click the dropdown and select Duration from the list.

3. Schedule the Report

1. Once Duration is selected, a new option Schedule Report will appear on the far right.
2. Click Schedule Report to open the scheduling settings.
3. Choose the User(s) who will receive the scheduled report.
4. Set the recurrence interval (e.g., every 30 days, 60 days, etc.).
5. Select a specific time and date for the report to be generated.

4. Save and Confirm

1. Review the selected parameters.
2. Click Schedule to finalize the recurring report.
3. The scheduled report will now appear in the list of Scheduled Reports, where you can manage or modify it as needed.
