If you find that the MSP interface isn’t displaying your instances, it’s often due to a caching issue. Follow these steps to resolve the problem.

Step 1: Refresh the Page

For Windows Users:

  • Log into the MSP interface and press Left Ctrl + F5.

For Mac Users:

  • Use Cmd + Shift + R to refresh the page.

Step 2: Verify Instance Visibility

  • After the page refreshes, check to see if your instances are now visible. If they still aren’t appearing, you may need to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Repeat the Refresh

  • It may be necessary to refresh the page up to two times to ensure that the cache is completely cleared.
