Steps to Update the Instance Name
Log into the MSP Interface
Access the CYRISMA MSP dashboard using your login credentials.
Navigate to the Organization Details
- Select the organization for which you want to update the instance name.
- Open the Organization Details dashboard.
Edit the Instance Name
- Locate the row displaying the instance address.
- Click the ‘Update’ button in the corresponding row.
Modify the Name
- In the pop-up ‘Address Details’ modal, locate the ‘Organization Name’ field.
- Update the name as needed (e.g., remove spaces, correct formatting, etc.).
Save Changes
- Click ‘Save’ or ‘Apply’ to confirm the changes.
