What Operating System is the Agent installed on?
Navigate to C:\CYRISMA_Agent\logs
- Open a Terminal window in Admin mode. Run the command “powershell” and make sure PowerShell starts properly.
- Open a Terminal window in Admin mode. Run the command “powershell $PSVersionTable” and make sure PowerShell version is 5.0 or above.
- Open a Terminal window in Admin mode. Run the commands: “C:”, “cd \CYRISMA_Agent”, “powershell .\App\CAInstall.ps1” and make sure PowerShell can execute scripts properly.
Open the log and look for ERROR or FAILURE
Analyze logs
Navigate to /var/log/install.log (it is an OS-level file)
