Instance Access: Seamless Navigation Between Client Environments
Instance Access is a new feature that introduces a streamlined way for MSP users to navigate between multiple client environments. Once logged into any instance through the MSP interface, users can now switch to a different customer instance without logging out or re-authenticating. This feature introduces a “Change Instance” tab located at the top of the platform, giving users a faster and more intuitive workflow when managing multiple clients.

Why It Matters
For MSPs managing several customer environments, switching between instances has traditionally required logging out and back in through the main portal—an inefficient and time-consuming process. This friction reduced productivity and introduced avoidable delays when responding to tickets, conducting assessments, or providing real-time support.
With Instance Access, CYRISMA eliminates these roadblocks, offering instant access to any authorized client environment from a single interface.
Key Benefits
✅ Seamless Workflow
Move from one client instance to another without logging out or navigating away from the current interface.
✅ Centralized Access Point
The new “Change Instance” tab at the top of the screen is always accessible, enabling quick toggling between environments.
✅ Enhanced Productivity
Reduce context-switching and save time with a simplified multi-instance experience—perfect for support teams, compliance managers, and account executives.
How It Works
Once logged into a specific instance through the MSP dashboard:
A "Change Instance" button appears at the top of the screen.
Clicking it opens a dropdown of all available client instances associated with the MSP account.
Selecting an instance immediately transfers the user to the new environment—no additional login required.
All existing permissions and views remain intact within each environment.

User Scenario

Now, with Instance Access, you can switch between each client in seconds—whether it’s for assessing risk, updating patch settings, or reviewing compliance data.
