How to Create a Client Instance

Sign In:
- Visit msp.cyrisma.com and sign in to your account.

Navigate to New Instance:
- Go to the "Instance" section, then click “New Instance.”

Fill Out the Client Instance Form:
- Client Name: Enter the name of the client.
- Address, Town, State, ZIP Code: (Optional) Fill in the client's address details.
- Instance Label: Enter a unique label for the instance.
- Country: Select the client’s country from the dropdown.
- Instance Type: Choose either "Managed" or "Consulting" depending on the client's needs.
- Assigned Tech: Choose the technician who will be responsible for this instance.
- Assigned Organization: Select the organization to which the client belongs.
- Industry: Choose the client’s industry from the dropdown.
- Total Endpoint Count Purchased/Used: The system will automatically track the endpoint count after submission.

Submit the Instance:
- After filling in all the required fields, click the blue Submit button.
- If needed, use the Reset button to clear the form or Close to exit without saving.
Wait for Instance Creation:
- It may take around two minutes for the instance to be created. During this time, the instance name in the side navigation menu will appear in red text, and the ‘Go to Instance’ button will be unavailable. Refresh the page periodically. Once the instance is ready, the instance name will change to black, and the ‘Go to Instance’ button will become available.
- Once created, click Go to Instance to start managing the new client instance.

Troubleshooting:
- DNS Delays: If the instance is not appearing right away, allow extra time for DNS propagation.
- External Agent Not Ready: If you see a message indicating the external agent isn’t ready, wait an additional 10–15 minutes.
